TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions of sale apply for all the agreements and orders that you make with TANGGY. By placing an order, you agree with these conditions.
1. SERVICE
You can place claims and proposal at any time. We are going to do our best to solve all reasoanble claims. info@tanggy.com : tanggy@home.nl
2. ARTICLES RESERVATION
Ordered articles are reserved maximum 7 working days. If payment lasts more, please contact TANGGY team, and we will take it into consideration.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please immediately contact us by e-mail, mentioning order number.
3. TRANSPORT
All prices include VAT and postal costs. All articles from TANGGY will be sent all over the world by mail.
We are not responsible of parcels damaged, or in case your details are not correctly given. All articles are packed and checked by specialised staff, and therefore they cannot get damaged due to inadequate packaging.
ARTICLES MENTIONED UNDER DISCOUNTS DO NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY COSTS. THEREFORE ADD DELIVERY COSTS OF 10 EURO TO ALL ARTICLES PURCHASED FROM THE DISCOUNTED LIST.
5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In case you wish to change an article or to return it, you must accept the following conditions:
a) Article must be intact, not worn, and without defects. Article must be returned with the original labels, and in the origiginal box.
b) You have 10 days to change or return the article from the moment when you receive it.
c) Costs and risk due to returning of the article are born by the Buyer.
d) We will pay you back the amount paid by you (except the delivery costs) within 15 working days from the day when we get back the article.
e) In case you refuse the order, you must pay 10 Euro - packing costs, and other costs, and you will get an invoice for this amount.
6. YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT OF THE ARTICLES
After you place your order online, you will receive an email within 3 working days with all data, name, address, bank and an account where you must make the payment for the whole amount that you have to pay.
You must send back this email to TANGGY, as a confiration of your order.
Articles will be delivered only after we will get the payment for them. WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYPAL.
7. PRIVACY
With placing of an order, you must send us data as; name, surname, email address. Your data are recorded in TANGGY database. All your data are going to be use ONLY internally, for processiong your orders.
We will not send or dispatch your data to third parties. In case you don't wish to get emails with our offers, please send us an email to: info@tanggy.com.
8. COPYRIGHT
The content and the structure of our site are protected by law. Any images and any other data from website will be used only with TANGGY approval.
